摘要
从工艺流程、工程建设、生产运行和对环境影响等方面对以煤焦、焦炉气和甲醇为原料的制氢装置进行了比较。在设计规模相当的情况下,焦炉气制氢装置在投资、建设用地、建设周期、生产操作、生产成本等方面都具有明显的优势。
With respect to process flow, engineering construction, production run and environmental effect, a comparison is made of the hydrogen producing units based on coke or coal, coke oven gas and methanol. Under equivalent design scales, the hydrogen producing unit based on coke oven gas shows remarkable superiority in aspects of investment, land used for construction, construction cycle, production operation and production cost.
