介绍了反渗透水处理技术的原理和作用,并与电渗析法水处理技术进行比较。详细介绍了该技术在地下水处理应用中的工艺、设备和常见故障处理。采用反渗透水处理技术后,原水利用率提高,原水用量减少35 m3/h,年减少地下水开采量26万m3,外排水减少20万m3;系统水质提高,变换催化剂使用寿命延长至3年以上,吹风气余热回收系统蒸汽过热器使用寿命由原1个月延长至1年以上。
The principle and action are described of water treatment by reverse osmosis technology and compared with spot dialysis. Details are given of its use in the treatment of underground water, including its process, equipment, and dealing with common troubles. With the adoption of the reverse osmosis water treatment technology, the utilization of raw water is improved, the consumption of raw water decreases by 35 m^3/h, the recovery of underground water decreases by 260 000 m^3 a year, external drainage decreases by 200 000 m^3 ; the water quality in system is improved, the service life of the shift catalyst prolongs to over 3 years, and the service life of the steam overheater in the recovery system for waste heat from the blast prolongs from the original 1 month to over a year.
