摘要
介绍了HSM1z-160型脱扣器的工作原理和结构组成,对脱扣器的设计参数和功能技术参数进行分析比较,阐述了在选择脱扣器零件时的注意点,通过对实际生产情况的分析,提出了从壳体、衔铁等材料和设计方面进行改进的方法。该脱扣器具有体积小、功耗低、动作快及工作可靠性高等特点。
Introduction was made to the working principle and structural composition of model HSM1z-160 release. Analysis and comparison were carried out to design data and function technical parameters. Cautions in selection of release parts were described. Via analysis to actual production situations, this paper raised improving methods from casing, linking iron etc materials and design aspects. This release is small in dimension, low in power consumption, quick in action, high in reliability, and so on.
