摘要 介绍了数字化变电站电能计量的构成及设计原理,该变电站电能计量采用基于IEC61850标准的模拟量采样值传输技术、DSP技术以及基于通信服务映射的电能管理技术。对传统式变电站与数字化变电站进行了误差比较,结果表明,新型数字化变电站电能计量系统的准确度有了很大的提高,且为表计的自我诊断和维护提供了很好的数据记录来源,确保了表计的计量完整性。 Introduction was made to the composition of electrical energy measurement and design principle of digital substation. The substation adopted the electricity energy measurement of analog quantity sampling value transmission technology based on IEC 61850 standard, digital signal processing technology and electricity energy management technology based on communications service reflection. Error comparison was carried out between traditional substations and digital ones. The result shows that the correctness of new type digital substation electrical energy system has been greatly raised, which provides very good data record sources for meter self diagnosis and maintenance, ensuring measurement completeness of meters.
