摘要
文章在定性研究的基础上,探讨了国内外高校图书馆ISO900认证的现状,在高校图书馆推行ISO9000标准的可行性和重要性,提出了可能存在的障碍和建议,同时,给出了高校图书馆引入ISO9000标准的几种实施方案和认证的一般程序。
Based on qualitative research, this paper discussed the domestic and foreign university library ISO900 certification status, the feasibility and importance of the ISO9000 standard to implement in the university library, pointed out some possible obstacles and recommendations, and at the same time, gave the university libraries some options of the introduction of ISO9000 standard, the implementation of programs and certification of several general procedures.
