“创伤后成长”研究对警察心理危机干预的启示
摘要
从创伤后成长是指在与生活中具有创伤性质的事件或情境进行抗争后体验到的心理方面的正性变化。将“创伤后成长”理念运用于警察心理危机干预临床实践，探索创伤后成长的内在机制，利用积极心理学的原理和技术有效地促进警察创伤后成长，将更有助于其身心康复。
