摘要
从脱色优势菌ND1 提取脱色酶,对酶特性进行研究.结果表明酶的最适作用条件为pH 7,37℃,无氧环境,反应需NADH 的参与;纯化结果表明经DEAE柱层析及Sephadex G-100 凝胶层析后脱色速率分别提高10 倍和50倍,Sephadex G-100 凝胶层析中2~4 管蛋白具有偶氮和蒽醌染料脱色酶活性,6~12 管具有蒽醌染料脱色酶活性.
In this paper, decolorizing enzyme of superior strain ND1 was extracted and purified, and the characterization of enzyme was studied. The result showed that the optimum condition was pH7.0, 37℃,anaerobic, NADH added. By DEAE and Sephadex G 100 chromatogram purified, the decoloriziing rate of the enzyme was improved 10 and 50 times respectively, and in Sephadex G 100 chromatogram, the protein in tube 2~4 was in charge of the decolorization of zao and anthraquinone dyes, tube 6~12 was in charg of decolorizing enzyme activity of anthraquinone dye.
