摘要 介绍了36.5 tex Coolmax/涤/棉混纺色织物的纺纱和织造生产工艺流程及其关键技术要点。浆纱工艺以"高浓度,低黏度,高压浆力,重被覆,轻渗透,慢车速,小张力,小伸长"为原则;织造通过确定适当的上机张力、后梁位置和开口时间以提高织机梭口清晰度,从而改善织物布面质量,提高织机效率。对该织物的力学、舒适及弯曲性能等进行了测试。 The spinning and weaving production process and the key technical characteristics of 36.5 tex coolmax/polyester/cotton blended fabric were introduced.The sizing technology took "high density,low viscosity,high pressure grouting force,heavy coating,light penetration,slow speed,low tension,small elongation"as principle,and weaving took suitable loom tension,back rest position and shedding time to increase the definition of loom shed,and improve the quality of cloth surface and enhance weaving efficiency.Then the mechanical performance,comfort performance,bending performance of the fabric were tested.
