次贷危机爆发后,在货币型政策的刺激之下美国经济终于走上复苏之路,但同期的美国广义失业率却始终维持在20%左右的高位,这说明上述政策的整体失败。美国制造业裁员是危机时期失业大增的主要原因,而制造业对就业的影响并不仅限于此,因为在分析了美国制造业各子行业的要素结构后,发现美国制造业内部正在发生着服务要素加强型转变。因此,美国更应尽快转向有助摆脱失业困扰的制造业发展策略。

Since the burst of subprime mortgage crisis,American economy has been recovering under the stimulation of monetary policies.However,the generalized unemployment rate of the U.S.has kept a high level of 20% or more,which means the overall failure of the above mentioned policy.The main cause of the unemployment during the period dues to the downsizing of American＇s manufacturing industry,and the impacts are more than this.After analyzing the sub-industries of American＇s manufacturing industry,the author finds out that the service factors are undergoing intensified changes inside the industry.Therefore,America should focus on the development strategies of manufacturing industry as soon as possible to get rid of the puzzle of unemployment.
