摘要
高压真空断路器机械参数的在线监测是个技术难点,利用电阻位移传感器测量位移的方法,获取断路器行程-时间和速度-时间曲线,通过对位移数据的分析和处理,完成了断路器行程、超程和分合闸速度的计算,所有的监测数据都送入反向传播神经网络进行智能计算,神经网络系统对断路器的剩余使用寿命进行预测,并给出故障预警信号。该方法有效准确的完成断路器机械参数测量,测量时间减少,测量精度提高,具有很好的应用前景。
High voltage circuit breaker mechanical parameters of on-line monitoring is a technical difficulties, the mechanical parameter of breaker measurement with resistance sensor was put forward,obtained the characteristic curve of travel-time and speed-time,through the analysis of the data of displacement and processing, completed the calculation of breaker's travel,overtravel,closing speed and opening speed.All the data was transferred into the BPNN to obtain the remainder service life of the breakers set and give an alarm for the malfunction. The measurement accomplished measuring of diversified parameter in efficiency and nicety,reduced the time of measurement,improved the accuracy of measurement and took on the favorable foreground.
