摘要
利用石英光纤、光栅光谱仪、CCD探测器、微机组成在线光谱分析系统.测量该系统的光谱分辨率、时间响应及探测灵敏度,并对模拟炼钢过程进行在线光谱分析.
A system w1th quartz fiber, an optical spectrometer, a CCD detector and a computer was used to on-line optical spectroscopy analysis. The basic parameters of the system were tested and the on-line anaIysls of the s1mulated metallurgical process was performed.
