利多卡因凝胶在老年男性导尿中的应用

Application of lidocaine hydrochloride gel on elderly patients in urethral catheterization

目的观察利多卡因凝胶在老年男性导尿中的作用。方法将80例需要导尿的老年男性患者随机分为2组。对照组40例,石蜡油润滑常规导尿;实验组40例,应用利多卡因凝胶注入尿道进行导尿。比较两组导尿一次性成功率、收缩压和心率的变化、疼痛程度、粘膜损伤、情绪变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组导尿的一次性成功率、收缩压和心率的升高、出现肉眼血尿的比例、发生烦躁的比例及疼痛程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因凝胶能提高老年男性患者导尿插管的一次性成功率,明显减轻尿道粘膜损伤及疼痛,缓解紧张、烦躁情绪,避免收缩压的增高和心率的增快。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of lidocaine hydrochloride gel on elderly patients with urethral catheterization. Methods 80 elderly patients were divided into two groups randomly（40 cases for each group）.Control group was given paraffin oil routinely,observation group was given lidocaine hydrochloride gel to lubricate the urinary catheter. Results There were statistical differences in successful rate of once urethral catheterization,degree of pain,urethral injury,restlessness,increase of systolic pressure and heart rate,and degree of pain（P0.05）. Conclusion Lidocaine hydrochloride gel can enhance successful rate,reduce injury,relieve degree of pain and restlessness,and avoid increase of systolic pressure and heart rate in urethral catheterization of elderly patients.
