摘要
现阶段，我国面向社会的公共性质的考试主要有国家教育考试、国家公务员录用考试以及部门行业的职业岗位或从业资格证书类考试三大类200多种。有些考试的影响力甚至渗透到了社会各个层面。依法办考、依法治考的问题日趋突出。目前我国的国家考试法的立法工作正在稳步推进．草案的基本框架已经形成。但不久以后出台的国家考试法还要在实践中加以检验并进一步完善。另．考试法出台以后，要依据考试法出台具体有利于其实施的新的部门规章．以确保考试法规定的各个方面顺利实施，确保国家考试的正常进行。
At the present time, there are over 200 kinds of examinations roughly in three major categories available and accessible to common people in China, and＂ they include national education examination, country officeholder exam as well as qualification examinations for different industries and professions. Some of the exams are influencing various social aspects to a great extent; as a result, how to legally manage them is a problem getting gradually pressing. There is now a steady movement in the process of legislation on national examinations, for the framework is already built. However, it still needs to be checked in practice after its birth and relevant specific disciplines and rules should come out to ensure all its aspects can work healthily.
