摘要
对传统惯组动态测试时无法保证统一时间标和测试效率低的不足进行了改进,基于xPC实时内核开发了惯组动态测试系统,并进行了系统的总体设计与流程设计。针对系统实现的关键技术进行了研究,主要包括测试控制台软件界面设计及其参数下载实现、惯组通信模块设计、转台通信接口设计和数据实时保存与显示系统软件设计等。该系统可实现统一实时时钟下的数据采集,长期测试试验表明,系统采样率可达1 kHz,可实现10 min测试无误码,从而证明了系统开发的有效性。
The conventional IMU dynamic test system method has two shortcomings,no uniform time marker and low efficiency.To resolve these questions,a dynamic test system based on the xPC kernel is designed.As for this test system,firstly,the general design and the flow design are finished.Then the key techniques are studied,which mainly includes the design of the test control platform software and the realization of the parameter download,the design of the IMU communication module,the design of the three axis table data communication module,the design of the software used for the read-time data save and display,and so on.The test system can ensure that the data acquisition is finished in the same read-time clock.Long term test indicates that the sample frequency of this test system can achieve 1 kHz without error in 10 minutes,so it is proved the validity of the system.
