A new test method of the dynamic characteristics in extension for motorcycle shock absorber is introduced,and the function,hardware components,software design and test results analysis of the measurement and control system are presented.The system integrates with sensors,data collection and computer control.It operates easily and works automatically to measure and judge the performance of the tested part,and it has great effect to improve product quality,and emphasizes the target of the comfortable feeling judgment.It is the essential testing device to guarantee the high-performance shock-absorber and to develop new type shock absorber.
