摘要 研究了pH值和离子强度对海带Laminaria japonica、裙带菜Undaria pinnatifida和条斑紫菜Porphyra yezoensis吸附Pb2+的影响。结果表明:海带和裙带菜吸附Pb2+的适宜pH值在3~5之间,紫菜吸附Pb2+的最佳pH值为4;溶液中NaNO3的浓度由0 M增加到0.05 M,三种海藻对Pb2+的最大吸附容量分别减小13.59%、12.89%和11.04%。Ca(NO3)2的浓度由0 M增加到0.01 M,三种海藻对Pb2+的最大吸附容量分别减小27.45%、16.06%和20.56%。 The effect of pH and ion strength on biosorption of Pb2+ by three marine algaes.Laminaria japonica,Undaria pinnatifida and Porphyra yezoensis were studied.Results showed that the optimal pH of lead for three biosorbents were 3~5,3~5,4,respectively.Accompany with the concentration of NaNO3 increased from 0 to 0.05 M,the biosorption capacity for the three algae decreased by 13.59%,12.89%and 11.04%,respectively.When the concentration of Ca(NO3)2 increased from 0 to 0.01 M,the biosorption capacity decreased by 27.45%,16.06% and 20.56%,respectively.
