摘要
介绍了用于聚变反应堆的第一壁材料的保护问题,使用高Z涂层这里以W为代表作了一些研究,使用离子束混合技术采用两种不同工艺制备了涂层,然后做了XRD、SEM以及元素随深度的浓度分布等分析对涂层的性能做了一些研究。
The protection of the first wall for fusion reactor which implement the high Z coating was introduced.W as the representative for some research,using ion beam mixing technology with two different technology,the coating was made.The XRD,SEM and elemental concentration distribution with depth of the performance of the coating used to do some research.
