摘要
本文设计研制了一套连续光催化净化染料废水的放大实验工艺流程并选用国产二氧化钛利用悬浮分散体系对染料酸性红G 溶液和直接耐晒大红4BS工业废水进行连续降解.结果表明放大装置可使染料废水CODcr 降低并可脱色,催化剂能够良好分离并可回收再利用.
A set of scale up technological process of flow photoassisted degradation of dye wastewaters was designed. Acid Red G and Direct Light Proof Scarlet 4BS wastewaters were continuously degradated in aqueous suspensions of titanium dioxide made in China with the above process. Experimental data show that CODcr of dye wastewaters was reduced and the colour disappeared. The catalyst could be completely separated from water phase.
