摘要
介绍了基于耦合模(COM)模型的声表面波(SAW)器件的仿真方法,并将这种仿真方法分别运用于模拟简单和复杂SAW器件.在此基础上,进行了SAW滤波器的设计研究:首先设计了一个中心频率与梯形滤波器相同或相近的纵向耦合双模谐振器型滤波器(DMS),然后将梯形滤波器与DMS滤波器进行多种方式的级联,并对级联后的器件进行模拟分析,最后通过比较得到性能较好的高带外抑制RF滤波器.
The design and simulation of SAW filters with high performance were presented based on the coupled-modes (COM) model. The simulation processes for surface acoustic wave (SAW) simple devices and complex devices were given, respectively. The effects of different parameters on SAW filters were investigated. First double-mode resonator filter(DMS)was designed,whose center frequency was same or adjacent with that of Ladder-type filter. Second the methods of combination were proposed. Finally, the structure of filter with high attenuation level of the out-of-band was achieved through the comparison of the characteristic of simulation of all kinds of devices, which was formed from combining DMS filter and Ladder-type SAW filter by different ways.
