摘要
硫代葡萄糖苷是衡量油菜子粒品质的一个主要指标,油菜品质育种依赖于检测技术的发展。作者对硫代葡萄糖苷的测定方法进行了分类与分析,并提出了现有技术所存在问题与改进设想。
The content of glueosinolates is a key indicator of rape seed quality,the analytical methods of which are the bases of quality breeding.The development and comparasion of the analytical techniques for glucosionolates determination were presented.Then the existing technical problems and the vision of improvement was pointed out.
