摘要
芝麻具有很强的杂种优势。以正向和负向杂种优势很强的组合95ms-2×"05-479"和95ms-2×矮子白为研究材料,测定了杂交种及其亲本幼苗内源激素的含量,研究了激素含量与杂种优势的相互关系。结果表明,芝麻幼苗中未检测出吲哚乙酸,茉莉酸、水杨酸和脱落酸含量在0.05~35.02ng/g(FW)。水杨酸含量高的杂种优势最强,而且水杨酸、茉莉酸含量与产量呈显著正相关,说明这些内源激素对于芝麻产量杂种优势的形成具有十分重要的作用。
Sesame has strong heterosis.In this study,strong positive(95ms-2×05-479) and negative(95ms-2×Aizibai) heterosis sesame hybrids were used as plant materials to evaluate endogenous hormone content at seedling stage and determine its relationship with yield performance.The result showed that IAA was undetectable in sesame.The contents of JA,SA and ABA ranged from 0.05 to 35.02 ng/g(FW).The strongest heterosis was observed for SA content.Furthermore,JA and SA were significantly positively correlated with seed yield,indicating that SA and JA were important for the formation of yield heterosis.
