摘要
杀菌剂对玉米弯孢菌抑制作用的研究结果表明,代森锰锌对弯孢菌孢子萌发和芽管伸长的抑制作用最强,其致死中浓度最低,EC50分别为1.86和0.49mg/kg;而世高对弯孢菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,其EC50为0.68mg/kg。
The results of bioasays of five fungicides showed that Mancozeb had strong inhibition to conidia germination and germ tube growth of maize curvularia,with the EC50 value of 1.86 and 0.49 mg/kg respectively.And Difenoconazole showed strong refrain effect on the Mycelium growth,with an EC50 value of 0.68 mg/kg.
