锌对芦荟的根活力及活性物质含量的影响 被引量:2

The Effects of Trace Element Zinc on the Root Activity and the Content of Activity Elements in Aloe barbadensis Mill.

摘要 采用砂培试验初步探讨了锌元素对库拉索芦荟的根活力以及芦荟苷、芦荟大黄素含量的影响。结果表明,锌元素对芦荟的根活力以及芦荟体内芦荟苷、芦荟大黄素含量皆有影响。当营养液锌浓度为1.0×10-5mol/L时,芦荟根活力最高,同时芦荟苷和芦荟大黄素含量也最高;随着供锌浓度的提高,芦荟体内锌含量不断增加。 The effects of trace element Zn on the root activity and the content of aloin and aloe-emodin in Aloe barbadensis Mill.were studied by sandy culture experiment.The results showed that the trace element Zn had significant effect on the root activity and the content of aloin and aloe-emodin.When the concentration of Zn in the nutrient solution was 1.0×10-5 mol/L,the root activity and the content of aloin and aloe-emodin were the highest.The content of Zn in the Aloe barbadensis Mill.was increased with the concentration of Zn improved.
