摘要
利用康氏木霉与酵母混合发酵处理稻草秸秆,结果表明酵母菌和康氏木霉之间不仅无颉颃,且酵母菌能促进康氏木霉的生长;单因素试验确定混合发酵最适发酵时间为3d,最适发酵温度为30℃,最适pH值为4.5;正交试验得出酵母最佳添加量为70%,酵母在第三天加入,尿素添加量为1%。发酵料蛋白含量可达11.21%,还原糖含量达到25.42%。
The Trichoderma koningii was used with yeast to fermented straw.The results showed that there was no antagonism between them and yeast could promote the growth of Trichoderma koningii.Single-factor analysis showed that the optimum cultivate time was 3 days,the temperature was 30℃ and the pH was 4.5.Orthogonal test showed that the protein and the reducing sugar content of the fermented material added with yeast and 1% urea were 11.21% and 25.42%,respectively.70% may be the best addition of yeast and better added at the third day.
