摘要
采用改良CTAB法提取了13份苎麻属材料的基因组DNA,利用RAPD进行亲缘关系分析。从120条随机引物中筛选出了23条引物,对13份材料共扩增出235个条带。根据扩增结果进行聚类分析,得到反映各材料间亲缘关系的树状图。RAPD的分析结果与传统分类学的分类结果基本相符。
Genomic DNA extracted from leaves of Boehmeria spp.by improved CTAB method were used to study the genetic relationships of 13 Boehmeria spp.by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD).235 bands were amplified by 23 primers selected from 120 arbitrary primers.Genetic distance were calculated;and dendrogram showing genetic relationships was constructed through an unweighted pair-group method based on the amplifying results.This conclusion was consistent with traditional classification.
