摘要
采用水溶液缓慢降温法生长了掺质为乳酸、异丙醇胺、L- 丝氨酸、1 ,2 - 丙二胺、1,3- 丙二胺TGS系列晶体,研究了晶体生长形态,测定了晶胞参数、红外光谱和热释电性能。实验结果表明,所有掺质均已进入晶体,晶体生长形态和热释电性能随着掺质种类不同而发生不同的变化。掺L丝氨酸TGS晶体的品质因子大于纯TGS晶体。
The doped TGS series crystals have been grown by slow dropping temperature method from aqueous solution.These dopants are lactic acid,isopropanolamine,L serine,1,2 propanediamine,1,3 propanediamine.The growth morphology has been studied.The IR spectrum,lattice parameter,pyroelectric properties of the crystals has been measured.The experimental results show that the dopants have entered into the crystals,and the growth morphology and pyroelectric properties of doped TGS crystal have changed with doping sorts regularly.The value of factor of merit of C 3H 7NO 3:TGS crystal is larger than that of TGS crystal.
