摘要
本设计采用缠绕被救对象的方式进行救援,减少了对被救对象造成刚性损伤的可能性,操作适当,还可以救助处于昏迷状态的人员。双盘式棘轮机构、曲柄滑块机构与定滑轮的组合以及管形状杆内部的压簧与柔性绳的结合等机械结构的巧妙运用,使得装置体积小,重量轻,成本低,不需要提供额外动力源,方便操作和野外作业。模拟试验表明,整个救援工作过程安全、可靠,柔性绳的缠绕和松脱迅速,能够节省救援时间,可以提高救援的成功率。
This device uses the way of winding with flexible rope to grab the rescued objects.It can reduce the possibility of injury caused by the rigid items and rescue the people in a coma.The clever use of the slide-crank mechanism and pulley,a couple of ratchets and the structure that combining compression spring within the tubular rod with the flexible rope makes the device small,light,cheap and convenient operation in the wild without other power support.The simulation tests prove the safety and reliability.And the rapidity of flexible rope's winding and loosing can improve the rescue success rate.
