摘要
轮罩拉深成形过程中,随机因素波动对质量波动产生较大的影响。当材料性能产生波动时往往会导致成形质量对工艺设计变量的波动极为敏感,从而使设计失效。在初始阶段就考虑随机因素的影响,通过回归分析,挑选出对拉深成形影响最大的可控工艺因素和噪声因素。利用响应面模型,建立工艺与材料变量因素与质量指标之间的函数关系。采用蒙特卡罗法对目标函数进行优化,得到了工艺稳健解,大幅提高了轮罩产品的合格率。通过传统优化和稳健优化的对比,验证了所采用的优化方法具有良好的优化效果。
Great effect of stochastic fluctuation on the quality occurs during the process of deep-draw forming for wheel cover.These uncertainties often cause the stochastic very sensitive to the fluctuation of design variables,thereby resulting in design failure.The method took the influence of various uncertain factors into consideration in the initial stage of design,therefore the greatest controllable process factors and noise factors were chosen for deep-drawing process through regression analyzing method.The relation between process and material variable factor and quality index was established in terms of the response surface models.A robust optimal design of the objective function is performed by using Monte Carlo method,then,the wheel cover product yield can be improved greatly.The experiment results showed that the optimization method was effective.In comparison with the conventional optimization and robust optimization,the new method which was adopted can obtain better optimum solutions.
