摘要
金刚石工具质量的好坏,通常用寿命和切割效率为主要指标来衡量。而这两个指标受许多因素影响。就热压烧结工具而言,结块胎体硬度是易于观测和控制的主要参数,且与上述两项指标的关系密切。因此在实际设计制作节块时,首先根据要求确定节块硬度和与之匹配的金刚石,以便生产出高质量的金刚石工具。根据粉末冶金的特性,合金的硬度常常主要由其组分构成决定。本文将利用线性回归预测的方法,对节块合金胎体的硬度与合金主要成分之间的关系进行初步的探讨。
Lifetime and cutting efficiency are usually main factors to evaluate the quality of diamond tools. It's easy to control and test data for hardness of alloy in sintering diamond tools. Therefor in the process of making segments the first thing to do is to determine the hardness required and select suitable diamond. According to habits of powder metallurgy the hardness of alloy is decided by its composition mainly. The linear regression calculation method was used in studying the relationship between hardness of alloy and its composition.
