摘要 传统测试转辙机克服道岔阻力大小时需要在室外搬动某组道岔,将内外密贴杆连接销取出,这种方法操作复杂、存在安全隐患,为了解决这一弊端,提出了一种基于快速功率芯片ADE7755的测试方法。该方案将结合转辙机所用电机进行分析研究,在MATLAB中采用最小二乘法,建立电机相关电量与转辙机输出力之间的函数关系,通过ADE7755参与采样运算,计算得出转辙机输出力大小。最后通过实验的方法,在数据上验证该方法可行。 When the force of switch machine that overcoming the turnout's resistance needed to be measured,there are some complicated procedures with relatively high security risk in traditional methods,such as moving the turnout outdoor and removing the internal/external connection pins.In order to solve these problems,a new measurement method based on high accuracy electrical energy chip ADE7755 is investigated and proposed.According to the studies of the motor of switch machine,the relationship between the power of switch machine's motor and its output force can be established by introducing the least square adjustment in Matlab.Subsequently,the output power of switch machine can be calculated through ADE7755 based on the derived function.The results demonstrate the effectiveness,safety and engineering practicability of this approach.
