摘要 在钻井过程中,有效实现高陡地层的防斜打快是一个普遍存在的技术性难题。传统的防斜纠斜方法,大多以牺牲钻压、降低机械钻速为代价,防纠斜效果不明显,因此具有较多弊端。Φ311垂直钻井系统是克拉玛依钻井工艺研究院历时多年研制成功的井下工具,是机、电、液一体化的井下智能自动垂直钻井系统。该系统已在新疆油田成功应用两井次。试验结果表明,该系统各项指标均达到设计要求,满足了高陡易斜难钻地层防斜打快的技术要求。本文主要对该垂直钻井系统的结构、工作原理、配套技术及现场应用等情况进行论述。 It is well-known that how to drill the well vertically is one of the most difficult issues in the procedure of drilling,especially in the high dip,fracture and piedmont zone.The traditional vertical drilling methods have some weakness,mainly including decreasing the weight on bit(WOB) and the rate of penetration(ROP).Φ311 Automatic Vertical Drilling System(Φ311 AVDS),developed by Karamay Drilling Technology Research Institute,is one of the mechanical-electric-hydraulic integration downhole tools.As an advanced technique,the Φ311AVDS is a great breakthrough in deviation control and fast drilling.By the perfect integration of the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic,theΦ311 AVDS can achieve the deviation control actively and efficiently.And the Φ311 AVDS has been applied at two wells in Xinjiang Oilfield.By the results of the application,the Φ311 achieves the results of the deviation control and drilling the borehole vertically,automatically and efficiently.This paper aims to introduce the structure,operating principle and the matching technology of the Φ311 AVDS.
