摘要
新疆准噶尔盆地南缘地质情况复杂,钻井过程中事故频繁、钻井速度慢、钻井周期长、井眼质量差,给固井作业造成了系列技术难题。为此,我院从1996年即开始对超高密度水泥浆固井技术进行了深入、系统的研究,包括超高密度水泥浆设计及混配技术、高压井套管的强度设计及安全下入技术、窄安全压力窗口平衡注水泥技术、超高密度水泥浆顶替超高密度泥浆提高顶替效率技术和超高压地层流体压稳候凝技术,并通过单项技术的有机合成,形成了配套的超高密度水泥浆固井技术。该技术在安4井φ177.8mm技套固井首次应用并取得成功以后,又先后在安4井、霍10等多口井的油层套管固井中获得成功,取得了良好的应用效果。
Due to the complex geological condition of Nanyuan Region of Junggar Basin in Xinjiang,accident occurs frequently,so the drilling speed is slow,the drilling cycle is long,and the Wellbore quality is poor in the drilling process,which presents a series of technology difficulties for the Cementing operation.Therefore,our institute has done a deep and systematic study in the ultra-high density cement slurry well cementation technology since 1996,including the design and mixed technology of ultra-high density cement slurry,the design of the casing strength in high-pressure Wells and Security installation casing,and balance cementing technology under narrow safety pressure window circumstances.The ultra-high density cement slurry is designed to replace ultra-high density mud for improving the replace efficiency and the ultrahigh presses formation fluid congealing during the steady period.Through the synthesis of these technologies,a complete high-density-of-slurry-cementing technique has been formed.This technology has been applied in An No.4 well for φ177.8mm technical casing cementing,and has obtained the successful results for the first time.It has also successively been utilized in the An 4 and Huo 10 well and has got good application results.
