农村远程职业教育是实现农业现代化的重要路径,是实施惠农政策的重要媒介,是促进农村劳动力有效转移的重要手段。提出建立多渠道资金投入机制,完善农村远程职业教育的资金保障体系;借助各种技术建构灵活农村远程职业教育模式;建立多方合作的社会伙伴关系,积极落实实践环节。

Rural distance vocational education is an important path to realize agricultural modernization,an important medium to bring the benefit agriculture policy into effect and an important way to promote to transfer rural labor force.It is proposed that multi-channel funding investment mechanism should be established and the finance security system of rural distance vocational education should be improved.Flexible rural distance vocational education models should be built with various technologies.Multi-partite social partnership should be established and practice should be implemented.
