应用尖孢镰刀菌培养滤液室内鉴定百合品种抗病性研究

A Study on Aseptic Identification of the Resistance of Lily Varieties to Toxin Filtrate From Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lilii

采用百合尖孢镰刀菌培养滤液,首次在瓶内对百合组培苗8个品种进行镰刀菌枯萎病抗性鉴定,结果鉴定出高抗品种3个,中抗品种3个,中感品种2个,初步建立起百合品种镰刀菌枯萎病抗性室内鉴定的方法。

The resistance of eight lily varieties to toxin filtrate from Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lilii was determined with aseptic seedlings for the first time.The result showed there were three highly resistant varieties,three moderately resistant varieties,and two moderately susceptible varieties.More importantly,a method to identify indoors the resistance of lily varieties to toxin filtrate from Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lilii.
