溶剂对低1,2-结构无规溶聚丁苯橡胶合成的影响

摘要 研究了不同溶剂对低1 ,2- 结构含量无规溶聚丁苯橡胶合成的影响, 比较了在不同溶剂中溶聚丁苯橡胶的单体分布、微观结构、相对分子质量分布、共聚合速度和产物的物理机械性能。结果表明,在环己烷或环己烷/ The influence of solvents on synthesis of low vinyl random copolymer of butadiene and styrene were studied with 2-methyl-2-hexyloxyl potassium/RLi as initiator. The monomer distribution,microstructure, relative molecular mass distribution,polymerization rate and properties of copolymers of butadiene and styrene prepared in cyclohexane, raffinate or the mixture of cyclohexane and n-hexane were discussed.According to the investigation,the properties of copolymers prepared in cyclohexane or mixture of cyclohexane and n-hexane were better than those of copolymers prepared in raffinate.
