摘要
目的分析维汉两个民族健康体检人群脂代谢检出情况。方法收集2009年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院进行健康体检人员的血液糖脂指标并进行统计分析。结果男性除HDL-C低于女性外,其他指标均高于女性(P<0.05)。汉族HDL-C略高于维吾尔族,其他指标均低于维吾尔族,统计学分析TG和LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高甘油三酯血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症以及糖尿病的检出率男性均高于女性(P<0.05);汉族高胆固醇血症检出率高于维吾尔族,而混合型高脂血症低于维吾尔族(P<0.05);随着年龄的增加,高胆固醇血症、混合性高脂血症以及糖尿病的检出率逐步升高(P<0.05),而高甘油三酯血症表现为各年龄段的高发。结论受检人群糖、脂代谢表现出性别和民族之间的差异,而且随着年龄增高,糖、脂代谢指标向对机体不利的方向发生变化,糖、脂代谢紊乱的发生率也增加。因此控制糖、脂代谢紊乱在维持机体健康起到积极的作用。
Objective Analysis the relationship between serum uric acid and the blood biochemistry targets in 1236 peoples.Methods The blood samples were collected 2009 on zooe October in hospital and analyzed for glycerin,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein.Results Except the HDL-C,most of the blood biochemistry targets,male were higher than female(P0.05).In Han the HDL-C were higher than Uygur,others were lower than Uyger,but only TG and LDL-C were significantly(P0.05).The prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia,Ⅳ hyperlipidaemia and Diabetes mellitus in male were higher than female,the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia in Han was higher than Uygur ethnicity,but the hypertriglyceridemia combination hypercholesterolemia in Han were lower than Uygur ethnicity (P0.05).Companying with the age growing,the hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia combination hypercholesterolemia and the Diabetes mellitus were increased(P0.05),but the hypertriglyceridemia were higher in every age groups.Conclusion The blood biochemistry targets were show different between sex and ethnic,accompany with the increasing of age groups,the blood biochemistry targets were changed unfavorable to human health and the prevalence of different metabolic disorder were increased too,so take corresponding measures to control the level of blood sugar and lipid metabolism parameters and the prevalence of different metabolic disorder will have a positive impact on health.
