急倾斜煤层综放开采液压支架稳定的工艺措施及应用 被引量:2

摘要 由于急倾斜工作面倾角平均达45°,最大达50°左右,使工作面回采工艺复杂化,移架、推溜、放煤工序都受到限制和影响,这些采煤工艺和装备的不适应性又反过来影响支护的稳定。液压支架是急倾斜煤层综合机械化放顶煤开采的核心设备,其稳定与否直接关系到综放工作面生产的成败。通过分析急倾斜工作面支架在动、静态支护时影响支架稳定的因素,在生产工艺上提出了有效的支架防倒、防滑措施,在实际应用中收到了很好的效果。 Since an average of Inclined face angle 45 °,the maximum of 50o or so,so mining face complicated process,moving frame,slide push,caving processes are limited and the effects of these non-coal mining technology and equipment,adaptation and in turn affect the stability of support.Hydraulic support is inclined seam core of top coal caving equipment,its stability is directly related to the success of the production of working face.By analyzing the steep working face in the dynamic and static stability of support bracket when the impact of factors in the production process on the proposed effective support anti-down,anti-slip,in the practical application has received very good results.
