随着国家对公路超载治理力度的加大,煤矿汽车运销装载的限制对煤炭装载精度提出了较高要求。潞宁煤业公司采用现代技术,开发出一套筒仓自动装车网络系统,避免因欠载和过载而造成二次装卸、过磅等重复性工作。该系统嵌入销售管理系统和财务ERP系统后,通过对车辆从进煤场到出煤场信息控制,可形成煤炭订货、付款和结算信息的完整数据链,并可相互校对。通过实际运行检验,该系统实现了数据网络化、控制自动化和管理实时化,大大提高了煤炭运销工作效率。
