摘要未明确意义的非典型鳞状上皮细胞(atypicalsquamous cell of undetermined significance,ASC-US)是TBS报告系统中的一个诊断术语,ASC-US诊断的特异性和重复性均低,目前对ASC-US患者的评价和监测存在广泛争议,由于对诊断标准的理解的不一致导致大量ASC-US假阳性诊断。
