IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment is the foundational software based on J2EE,and is the platform for Java EE and Web-Service applications. It provides business application systems with load balance, scalability and high availability by its cluster feature. The typical cluster architecture has one deployment manager, two application server nodes and two http server nodes. Flexible configurations of http servers and application servers may improve efficiency of hardware resources and enhance high availability of business application systems.
