摘要
目的研究消防院校学员社会支持的特点和差异性,为开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对461名学员进行测试,对测试结果进行统计分析并与军人常模、地方常模进行比较。结果 1)某消防院校学员的社会支持总分、主观支持分和支持利用度分均显著高于全国常模;学员的客观支持分和支持利用度分高于军人常模,主观支持分低于军人常模。2)男女学员所获社会支持情况比较,差异无统计学意义,但存在随年级增长而减少的趋势。3)特招队学员和已入党学员总分、客观支持及支持利用度得分均高于非特招队学员和非党员;有功勋的学员比没有功勋的学员有更好的社会支持;非独生子女的主观支持分显著高于独生子女;不同户籍学员的社会支持状况比较,差异无统计学意义。结论消防部队院校学员所获的社会支持来源不同,社会支持对学员的心理健康有直接或间接的影响。
Objective To study the social support characteristics of students in fire control academy and analyze the factors affecting the variation of these characteristics.Methods 461 students were surveyed with social support rating scale(SSRS)questionnaire while personal information were collected.The results were compared with the reference values(norm) of soldiers and/or general population.Results 1) The total score of social support,the subjective support and support utilization scoring of these students were higher than the norm of Chinese populace;the objective support and support utilization scoring were higher than the norm of Chinese armymen,the subjective support was lower than the norm of Chinese armymen.2) There were no significant differences of social support between male and female students,but it varied from the fresher,sophomore to upperclassmen and there was a decrease trend.3) The total score of social support,the subjective support and support utilization scoring of students who were specially enrolled or party member were higher than the students who were enrolled non-specially or non-party member.The students who received meritorious honors got more and better support than the students without any meritorious honors.The students from non-single-child family got the higher subjective support points than the students from single-child family.There was no difference of social support condition among students came from different areas.Conclusion The students in the fire control academy obtained social support from different sources;the social support had a direct and/or indirect effect on psychological health conditions.
