摘要
食品工艺学实践教学是食品科学与工程专业培养高素质人才的基础,采用基础实验、综合实验和理论知识提升的递进式模式,探讨了不同实践教学阶段采取的相应方法和手段,取得了良好的教学效果。
Practice teaching of food technology is foundation of training person with high ability of major for food science and engineering. This paper discusses on methods of stage to practice teaching by adopting the model of going forward one by one to the basic experiment or comprehensive experiment and promoting of theoretical knowledge. The teaching result is favourable.
