This paper takes the basic contents and constructing system of electronic registration as a starting point in colleges and universities,and analyzes its internal monitoring system and external service system.We introduce the students archives into the external service system,and constructs the network dynamic monitoring system for the ordinary university student＇s status and academic credentials registration management.
