Hospital medical records management is of a special significance in many aspects,such as disease diagnosis,teaching,scientific research,medical disputes and medical insurance.However,in the moment,there still exists many problems both in the management of physical properties of medical records and the management of medical quality,which seriously affected the medical record function of being brought into full play.In order to improve the quality of medical records management,we can adopt the following countermeasures：to improve our understanding and rectify our working style;to establish the rules and regulations and follow them;to enhance our ability by study and to have a strict system of assessment and draw a clear-cut line between reward and punishment.
