磁敏感加权成像在中枢神经病变中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 磁敏感加权成像(susceptibilityweightedimaging,SWI)是在T2mWI基础上加以改进的新技术。该技术对脑微出血灶(cerebralmicrobleeds,CMBs)、静脉血管、钙、铁沉积等高度敏感。基于该技术的设计特点及在脑组织的应用优势,SWI在脑血管疾病、脑血管畸形、脑肿瘤、外伤以及神经变性疾病方面均有较大的临床实用价值。现对SWI的基本原理和神经系统病变中应用进展综述如下。
