缺氧诱导因子1α与胃癌治疗研究的新进展 被引量:3

摘要 缺氧能促进恶性肿瘤的发生发展,增强其侵袭性,而缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia-inducible factor,HIF)-1是这一过程的主要调节因子。HIF-1是由HIF-1α和HIF-1β2个亚单位组成的异源二聚体。
