摘要
手球运动中"手球意识"训练,一直是手球训练工作的重要课题之一,也是提高手球运动水平的一个重要方面和举措,本文通过对手球意识的概念、种类,手球意识的特点和手球意识的培养进行分析,从而提高大学生手球训练水平。
＂Handball awareness＂ for handball training has been not only one of the important topic,but also an important aspect and way to improve the level of handball training.Through the analysis on classification,component and consciousness of handball,the major purpose of the paper is to enhance the level of handball training of the university students.
