泰勒宁对比美施康定治疗中重度癌痛的疗效评价

Analgesic Effects of Compound Capsule of Oxycodone with Acetaminophen and MS Contin Controlled-release Tab on Moderate and Severe Cancer Pains

目的观察泰勒宁治疗中重度癌痛的效果并与美施康定对比。方法将68例中重度癌痛患者随机分为泰勒宁组(T组,n=34)和美施康定组(M组,n=34),观察两组患者的疼痛缓解效果及不良反应。结果 T组和M组的中重度癌痛有效缓解率尤其是中度癌痛的有效缓解率,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗期间部分患者出现恶心、呕吐、便秘及尿潴留的不良反应,两组相比T组不良反应的发生率明显小于M组。结论泰勒宁可作为临床治疗中重度癌痛尤其是中度癌痛的一个较好的选择。

Objective To compare the analgesic effects of compound capsule of oxycodone and acetaminophen on moderate and advanced cancer pain with MS Contin controlled-release tab.Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups： Tylox group（group T,n=34） and MS group（group M,n=34）.The analgesic effects and side effects were observed and recorded.Results Therapeutic effects were good in patients of both groups.There were no significant differences（P0.05） between group T and group M in the total effective rates especially in the moderate cancer pain allevation rate.But there were significant differences（P0.05） between group T and group M in side effects such as nausea,vomiting,constipation and urine retention.Conclusion Tylox is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain.
