摘要
研究了影响铸造用动物胶与石英砂粘接强度的因素。用红外光谱、差热分析等方法研究了粘接机理。动物胶与石英砂之间的粘接力是分子间作用力。
The adhesion mechanism of animal glue and quartz sand used in casting process is investigated with IR. DSC and etc. Several factors influencing the bond strength between glue and sand are also discussed briefly.The bond force produced between glue and sand is the combination of molecular interaction、mechnical force and chemical bond.
