毛果芸香碱(PCC)液相压电传感器

摘要 本文应用压电沉淀吸附法(PPAA)开展了对毛果芸香碱的测定。在柠檬酸缓冲液(CBS)中,用四苯硼钠(TPB)与盐酸毛果芸香碱反应生成稳定的胶体溶液,胶体颗粒吸附于石英晶体表面,使石英晶体的谐振频率发生改变(△F)。考察了CBS浓度及pH值、TPB浓度和温度等实验条件对ΔF的影响,测定了压电传感器对毛果芸香碱的响应特性。结果表明,盐酸毛果芸香碱在0.034—0.758mmol/L范围,△F与毛果芸香碱浓度间呈线性关系。将此传感器用于实际样品及硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液中毛果芸香碱含量的测定,结果分别与电位滴定法测定结果及标示量相符。 A piezoelectric precipitate adsorption assay(PPAA) with an AT-cut quartz crystal of fundamental resonant frequency of 9MHz has been developed for the determination of pilo-carpine chloride (PCC). The method is based on that a stable colloid solution can be formed by the reaction of sodium tetraphenylboron(TPB) and PCC. The adsorption of colloid particles on the quartz crystal leads to a clear change of the resonant frequency of crystal. In experiment, the effects of pH value and concentration of citrate buffer solution (CBS), concentration of TPB and temperature were investigated in detail. The result shows that the frequency shift (ΔE) is linear with the concentration of PCC in the range of 0. 034 - 0. 758mmol/L. Compared the result of PCC sample by PPAA with that given by potentiometric titration (PT), it was found that there isn't significant difference. In addition, a pilocarpine nitrate (PCN)eye-wash sample was determined, and the result is conformed with the marked content.
